At RIXO, we want you to love your hand-painted prints and vintage-inspired silhouettes, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all RIXO tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
